What we collect
When you book an appointment, register for the patient portal, or join Snow Tribe, we collect your name, contact details, and the appointment or membership information you provide. Clinical records created during treatment are stored separately and accessed only by your care team.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and confirm appointments, manage your portal account, process Snow Tribe membership, verify HMO coverage where applicable, and send service communications such as appointment reminders.
Who can see it
Access to clinical records is restricted to your treating clinicians. Partner and HMO portal users only see the referrals or claims they submit themselves, never another patient's full record.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your account by contacting hello@snowdentalcare.co. Clinical records are retained per applicable healthcare record-keeping regulations even after account deletion.
