Appointment requests made through this site are confirmed by our care team, not automatically. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

Snow Tribe membership

1. Snow Tribe membership runs for 12 months from activation and renews annually unless cancelled.
2. Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply to the named member only.
3. The two included exams & cleanings must be used within the membership year and do not roll over.
4. The 15% treatment discount applies to out-of-pocket costs and cannot be combined with other offers.
5. Membership fees are non-refundable once the first benefit has been used.

Portal accounts

Patient, Partner, HMO, and Snow Tribe portal accounts are for the named account holder's use only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges. Final treatment cost is confirmed in writing after your consultation and before treatment begins.
